Operation procedures

In case when the clients of EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE Program estimate the situation as difficult one, they dial the phone number specified in their personal cards. The call is received by an Operator of the Program, who defines the core of a problem and then offers required assistance until the problem is completely solved. Depending on the situation, assistance could be offered either by the own resources (information center, lawyer, advocates, detectives, rapid reaction groups), or by the external strength (Ministry of Emergency Situations, emergency ambulance and medical centers, police, Rescue service, transport companies and taxi stations and other specialized enterprises).

Activity of subscribers is not limited at all. The Program Operators speak fluent English.
